A 6 Week Program to bring Ayurveda into your Home, Body & Spirit

Digesting Ayurveda is a 6 week online course for the liberated hearts, earth seekers, wise wanderers, lovers and those seeking to be just that. If you are new to Ayurveda, holistic wellness or spirituality, this is for you.
We cover the 3 Doshas (fundamental energies), the Gunas (characteristics), how to recognize signs of balance and imbalance, Ayurvedic nutrition, Kitchari cleansing, Dinacharya, cooking with Ayurvedic spices and herbs, the 3 Pillars of Ayurveda (food, sleep, sex), how to recharge your self love and create sustainable self practice.

Throughout this course you will learn about your unique mind body constitution and how to treat symptoms of imbalance as they show up aka how to become your own best healer! You will learn how to use food as medicine, how to build self awareness, how to sleep better, how to meditate and how true love begins with the self.

This is available as a self led course or with live coaching calls. The next group container begins January 25th, 2024 (see details below). If signing up with live coaching you will receive confirmation and communication via email to begin the program together.
