Morning Yoga will be asana and philosophy focused. Learning about ehe deep layers of Yoga, Ayurveda and how they exist in the body.
Afternoon sessions will be a variation of Yin Yoga, Cacao ceremony, guided movement and ecstatic dance.On-site turtle sanctuary, private beach, boogie boarding, flinstone style gym and volleyball nets
